KINEMATIC
VISCOSITY BATH :
Constant temperature bath designed for kinematic viscosity tests using
glass capillary viscometers. Also suitable for other applications requiring
extreme precise temperature control. Features digital solid state temperature
control at temperature up to 110 Deg.C. Temperature selection is done
by touch controls. High output precision heaters provide efficient heat
transfer and a stirrer circulation system provided temperature uniformity
without causing turbulence or entrainment of bubbles. Standard model accommodated
8 viscometer tubes on a turntable. Bath interior is brightly illuminated.
Control unit is mounted in a removable drawer for ease of servicing and
repairs.

RESIDUE
ON EVAPORATION BATH :
Electrically heated baths for determining existent gum in aircraft turbine
fuels and in motor and aviation gasoline by air-jet evaporation. Fully
insulated, aluminum block design assures safe, efficient high temperature
operation. Equipped with air pressure regulator with gauge for adjusting
air flow. Stainless steel jets deliver air or steam flow to the test wells
through removable brass conical adopters. The temperature is controlled
through a digital Indicator cum controller.

COPPER
STRIP CORROSION TEST BATH :
The Copper Strip Test assesses the relative degree of corrosity of petroleum
products, including aviation fuels, automotive gasoline, solvents, kerosene,
diesel fuel, lubricating oil and other products. A polished copper strip
is immersed in 30ml of sample at elevated temperature. After the test
period the strip is examined for evidence of corrosion and a classified
number from 1- 4 is assigned based on a comparison with the ASTM Copper
Strip Corrosion Standard. For Aviation fuels and natural gasoline the
sample tube is placed inside a stainless steel bomb during testing.
The bath is fully insulated double walled stainless steel construction.
The temperature is controlled through a digital indicator cum controller.

SILVER
STRIP TEST BATH :
Tests the corrosiveness of aviation turbine fuels towards silver. A polished
silver strip is immersed in a fuel sample at elevated temperature. After
a specified test period, the strip is removed form the sample, washed
and evaluated for corrosion.
The bath is fully insulated double walled stainless steel construction.
The temperature is controlled through a digital indicator cum controller.

Meets specifications for distillation of motor and aviation turbine

Consists of fully insulated stainless steel Condenser and heater units.
Heater unit includes flask support platform, viewing window, 1000 W
heater with step less variable control.
Has a rack and pinion flask elevation mechanism. Available in different
